“The ending is by far the best ending of any game I’ve ever played. Throughout the story there are highs that are higher than any other mainline Persona game. It does take time to pick up the pace, until October I wasn’t really hooked. Dropped it before 10/4 once, then I decided to restart it a few months ago. Compared to Persona 4 or 5 the gameplay isn’t as good as it is in those games, for example the social links have a heavy focus during the day where as during the night there isn’t much to do. Some Social links are really good, some others are pretty redundant. Tartarus is a giant Mementos from P5, which is the worst part of that game. Theurgies look good but break the game on a gameplay level.”
