Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, purchasing a Supporter plan, or otherwise using FinalSave, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required for online services where you live. If you are below the age of legal majority, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms for you where required by law.
FinalSave records the version and time of your acceptance. Optional email permissions are requested separately and are not a condition of these terms.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Do not share passwords, authentication tokens, or access to an account in a way that compromises its security.
One person may not impersonate another person, claim a username in bad faith, evade restrictions, automate abusive account creation, or use FinalSave to interfere with another member's account.
Acceptable use
You may use FinalSave for lawful personal use and any other use expressly permitted by the product. You may not:
- Break the law, infringe intellectual property, or violate another person's rights.
- Post threats, harassment, hateful content, unlawful content, malicious links, or content designed to harm others.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape at harmful volume, reverse engineer where prohibited, or bypass security and rate limits.
- Upload malware, manipulate community statistics, generate fraudulent advertising activity, or interfere with billing.
- Use automated systems to create accounts, submit content, or access FinalSave without permission.
Your reviews and community content
Your original reviews, collection titles, and other content remain yours. FinalSave does not take ownership of them.
When you submit content, you give FinalSave permission to store, format, moderate, and display it only as needed to operate and protect the service. This permission is non-exclusive, so you may publish or use your content anywhere else. Because FinalSave is available online, this permission applies wherever the service is available and does not require FinalSave to pay a fee each time the content is displayed.
This permission ends when the content is deleted, except that copies may remain temporarily in backups, security records, or caches, or when retention is required by law.
Content shown on public pages depends on the relevant privacy and sharing settings. You are responsible for having the right to submit your content. FinalSave may remove or limit content that violates these terms, creates legal risk, harms users, or is inappropriate for public display.
Feedback and product suggestions may be used to improve FinalSave without an obligation to compensate you.
Gaming platforms and third-party services
Optional integrations can connect FinalSave to gaming platforms, payment providers, sign-in providers, analytics services, game metadata services, and other third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
You authorize FinalSave to request and process the information needed for an integration you choose. Availability, accuracy, and continued operation can depend on third-party systems outside FinalSave's control. FinalSave is not responsible for a third party changing, limiting, or discontinuing its service.
Supporter subscriptions
Optional Supporter plans provide the features shown at checkout and help fund FinalSave. Prices, billing frequency, taxes, and plan details are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Subscriptions renew according to the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the FinalSave billing portal. Cancellation timing, continued access, and any refund rights are determined by the checkout terms, the billing portal, and applicable law.
FinalSave may change plan features or pricing for future billing periods. When notice is required, it will be provided before the change takes effect. Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may cause paid access to be suspended or removed.
Electronic communications
By creating an account, you agree that FinalSave may provide account and service communications electronically. These can include verification, password reset, billing, security, support, material service changes, and legally required notices. You are responsible for keeping your account email address current.
Personal activity recaps and promotional emails are optional. FinalSave requests those permissions separately, does not preselect them, and lets you change them in Account Settings. Marketing messages will include an unsubscribe method when required.
Do not treat an optional recap or marketing message as a substitute for checking your account or billing provider for important account information.
FinalSave and third-party ownership
FinalSave, including its original design, software, branding, and product content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of FinalSave to you.
Game titles, artwork, metadata, platform names, videos, and trademarks can belong to publishers, developers, gaming platforms, or other rights holders. FinalSave is not affiliated with or endorsed by those rights holders unless explicitly stated.
Service availability
FinalSave is an actively maintained service. Features can contain errors, change, move, or be discontinued. Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages, or technical limits may interrupt access.
FinalSave may apply reasonable usage limits, update the game catalog, correct inaccurate records, moderate public content, and change integrations to protect reliability and users.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinalSave is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of third-party game and platform data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinalSave and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or damages caused by third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension, termination, and account deletion
You may stop using FinalSave at any time and may delete your account through account settings. Deleting an account permanently removes its primary collection data and attempts to cancel active FinalSave subscriptions.
FinalSave may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a terms violation, security risk, legal requirement, fraudulent payment, abuse, or harm to the service or its users. Where appropriate, FinalSave may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as FinalSave changes. The latest version will appear on this page with its update date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
